Thank you for your interest in CHICAGOPEX! The 2024 event will be Nov. 22-24 at the Westin Chicago Northwest, 400 Park Boulevard, Itasca, IL 60143; please use a GPS or an online map website for directions.2024 marks the fourth year when CHICAGOPEX hosts AmeriStamp Expo, a prominent exhibiting event, which usually includes the Single Frame Champion of Champions competition and award. The American Association of Philatelic Exhibitors manages the event.
We welcome four convening societies in 2024: American Association of Philatelic Exhibitors, the Rossica Society of Russian Philately, the Scandinavian Collectors Club and Women Exhibitors. If your organization would like to convene at CHICAGOPEX, please contact Kathy Johnson.
We will host a Philatelic Exhibition, a Philatelic Literature Exhibition, and a Dealer Bourse. The CHICAGOPEX Awards Banquet will be at the show hotel on Saturday evening, Nov. 23; advance reservations are required. Information on all CHICAGOPEX 2024 functions, including the banquet, scheduled meetings, participating postal administrations, and exhibits prospectus and application will be available on this website.
Our Philatelic Exhibition is one of the largest and most prestigious in the country. Completed application, frame fee, title page and synopsis must reach the Philatelic Exhibits Committee by Sept. 15. We expect to be oversubscribed again this year, and will accept exhibits partially on the basis of application date and completeness; early application is encouraged. For the 57th consecutive year, CHICAGOPEX will host a Literature Exhibition. Applications and exhibits must reach the Literature Exhibits Committee by Sept. 1; early application is encouraged.
