Description
The Model Train & Railroad Artifacts Show & Sale by Golden Spike Enterprises, Inc. will be held on January 14th - 15th, 2023 at Volusia County Fairgrounds in DeLand, FL.This show will be held in the Tommy E. Lawrence Show Arena and a second building for the January 2023 show where 10 operating layouts will be on display at the Volusia County Fairgrounds in DeLand, FL.
The shows will be held at the Tommy E. Lawrence Arena, located at the south end of the fairgrounds. This outstanding facility, with 22,000 square feet, continues to provide both customers and dealers with convenient free parking and easy access for loading and unloading.
We will again have a second building for the January 2023 show, which is dedicated to operating layouts. The Townsend Show Arena, which is also air conditioned and has over 15,000 square feet, is located across from the Tommy E. Lawrence Show Arena. We will have 10 operating modular displays including The Orlando N-Trak Club, First Coast Model Railroad Society, Dick Estes' "Great Dog Bone" layout, and a large G-Scale layout and a second layout for kids from the Florida Garden Railway Society – Central Division. In addition, the Electric Railway Club of Florida will be presenting a large display consisting of five layouts, displays and also a slide show presentation.
The Volusia County Model RR Club building and layout will be open during our show hours. This permanent layout continues to expand their display in their facility.
