Each contractor has been verified with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) to be in good standing with the state. After the show, be sure to do your due diligence and check again with the CSLB as a contractor status can change.
The Tiny House Expo & Conference!
The Tiny House Expo is returning to the greater Sacramento area at The 2023 Tri-County Home & Garden Show! We will have a large variety of tiny home builders, tiny homes, van conversions, and schoolies for you to check out. Don’t miss our Tiny House Seminar Series. The top leaders in the tiny living industry will be on hand to educate what’s happening with zoning, building requirements and what tiny living is all about!
Maker’s Market!
Our popular Maker’s Market will also be featured at The Tri-County Home & Garden Show! Shop rustic farm charm, flea market finds, artisans & crafter’s and find unique decor items and gifts for family and friends, or for yourself! This feature is timed right before the holidays!
Cocktail Corner!
Sip & Shop at the Cocktail Corner! The facility’s full bar will be located in the lobby right when you come in, offering Margaritas, Bloody Marys, wine from the local wineries and assortment of beers. Enjoy!
Pet Expo!
Don’t forget to shop for your furry friends at the Pet Expo! A variety of pet products and services will be on hand from dog collars and veterinarians to dog treats and toys! Pets are not allowed at the event but they will be thrilled when they see their new treat or accessory when you get home!

Sample your way through the Place of Taste featuring gourmet food products from handmade chocolates, jams & jellies, and honeys to balsamic vinegars and olive oils!
